Education is the key to positive transformation. I support this form of transformative education through my work as author and consultant, evaluating education systems, developing and implementing learning formats, and designing learning campaigns.
Education Campaign
It is important to me to make learning attractive and accessible for everyone. I support clients in finding creative approaches to get employees and organizations excited about this topic.
For the international law firm Hogan Lovells International LLP, I developed for example a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign. In conjunction with this, I authored and directed a series of short films that document how employee engagement encourages the acquisition of social and emotional skills.
Learning Designs
Based on my knowledge of the latest methodologies and research regarding learning behaviour, use of online tools and Design Thinking, and my experience in developing learning formats of various kinds, including eLearning offerings, educational games and learning apps, I manage all phases of the project from pedagogical concept to learning content.
For foreign nurses working in Germany, I for instance developed the concept and content for “sprachtalent”, an App-based language learning programme. Users appreciate the playfulness of new media combined with relevant content taken directly from everyday hospital life.
Education Analysis
Drawing from my years of experience at the OECD, I advise government educational projects, the European Commission, as well as foundations and various national organisations. My analyses are evidence-based and can also be elegantly worded with good storytelling.
For example, based on the framework of the OECD Skills Strategy I had coordinated previously, I wrote a National Skills Strategy for the Government of the United Arab Emirates.
Teaching & Training
For companies, academies and educational institutions I design further education concepts that are tailored to individual needs. With a mixture of research results, lively experiences and reflection, the seminars and workshops aim at transformative learning for personality formation and the development of key future skills.
Speeches & Debates
For many years, I have been giving lectures, interviews and have taken part in debates on educational topics in several languages for lay and expert audiences.
