I am a lecturer at Heidelberg University and Sciences Po, Paris. I teach fellows of the German National Academic Foundation and the German Business Foundation, as well as educators, trainers and leaders at various levels of seniority.<\/p>\n

In my perspective, teachers are leaders with a special societal mission and the most effective leaders are those who recognize and develop talents within their teams. I enjoy working with these individuals, to support their commitment and provide them with access to modern teaching and leadership methodologies that foster personal growth.<\/p>\n
