\n [vc_column_text]Drawing on many years of experience as an OECD Policy Analyst, I investigate education systems and advise national governments and international organizations. I have developed evidence-based skills strategies for ministries, designed measurement instruments for social and emotional skills for the World Bank, evaluated EU-funded projects as an expert and reviewer, and developed curricula for educational institutions.<\/p>\n

My advisory mandates and publications focus on 21st-century skills, hands-on vocational education, and education for sustainable economic transformation.[\/vc_column_text] <\/div>\n<\/div>

\n [vc_column_text]For companies, academies, and educational institutions I design training concepts and learning formats tailored to the individual needs of their leaders, staff and learners. My workshops and seminars are transformative in nature and focus on developing key human competencies.<\/p>\n

Together with Tom Fuchs<\/a>, former operator and team leader of the Austrian Special Forces, we have developed the format \u2018Learning from Extreme Situations\u2019, an unconventional development programme for leaders and a reality check for teams.[\/vc_column_text] <\/div>\n<\/div>

\n [vc_column_text]It is important to me to make learning attractive and accessible for everyone. I support clients in finding creative approaches to get employees and organizations excited about this topic.<\/p>\n

For the international law firm Hogan Lovells International LLP, I developed for example a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign.
