Education is far more than the transmission of knowledge, the completion of a school career or training for a job. It opens up the possibility for discovering and developing individual talents, shaping character, and promoting independence. As an author, filmmaker, advisor, and trainer, it is my ambition to make education the source of a purposeful life and the foundation for taking responsibility.<\/p>\n

Learning as an adventure<\/h2>\n
<\/p>\n
For me, learning is a fundamental need. Attending the Waldorf school as a child instilled in me a sense of freedom and self-discovery. Eight years of training in classical dressage taught me discipline and the pursuit of excellence. My studies at universities in Munich, Cambridge, London, Paris, and Berlin cultivated academic integrity and a commitment to evidence-based thinking. My sports adventures have been both an exploration of the world and a school of character.<\/p>\n

Development as a profession<\/h2>\n
<\/p>\n
For many years, I worked as an analyst at the OECD, advising governments, shaping educational strategies, and speaking on international stages. My fellowship at Harvard University and at the MIT Lab for Economic Transformation with Otto Scharmer marked the beginning of my own body of work. Today, I draw on 20 years of experience to inspire personal and organizational development and enable positive transformation.
